Mira — Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Mira Premium is available through separate auto-renewing purchase channels: monthly or yearly subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play, an eligible web subscription processed by Paddle, and an independently purchased 30-day subscription through the Mira Telegram bot paid in Telegram Stars. The channel where you purchased controls billing, cancellation, and refunds.
Payments and billing
- Google Play: Google processes the purchase and stores the payment method. RevenueCat helps us validate the purchase and keep entitlement status in sync, but is not the merchant or refund provider.
- Apple App Store: Apple processes the purchase and stores the payment method. RevenueCat helps us validate the purchase and keep entitlement status in sync, but is not the merchant or refund provider.
- Paddle web checkout: Paddle acts as merchant and payment processor and provides its customer portal and applicable refund process. Mira receives the minimum account-bound status needed to reconcile Premium access.
- Telegram Stars: Telegram processes the recurring Stars charge. We receive the Telegram charge identifiers and status needed to grant access, prevent duplicate processing, and handle cancellation or an approved refund.
We do not receive your full card number or your Apple/Google/Telegram payment credentials.
Free trials
No store or Telegram Stars free trial is currently offered. If a trial is introduced later, its duration, eligibility, conversion price, and cancellation deadline will be shown before purchase.
Refunds
- Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the rules of the purchase provider and applicable law. We do not promise automatic or partial refunds for unused time after cancellation.
- Contact us promptly for a duplicate or unrecognized charge, a charge followed by a technical failure to grant access, or another billing error. We will investigate and, where we control the refund mechanism, process an eligible refund through the original provider.
- Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
How to request a refund
- Google Play purchase: use Google Play's order history/refund flow or contact [email protected] for help. Include the Google Play order ID, but never send your password or full payment-card details. Approved refunds are processed through Google Play.
- Apple App Store purchase: use Apple's purchase-history/refund flow at
reportaproblem.apple.comor contact Apple Support. Apple decides and processes App Store refunds. - Paddle web purchase: use the Paddle customer portal linked from the eligible purchase receipt or contact [email protected]. Do not send a password, full card number or checkout token.
- Telegram Stars purchase: use
/paysupportin the Mira Telegram bot or email [email protected]. Include the approximate charge date and your Telegram username or numeric user ID; never send your password. If approved, the refund is issued through Telegram to the same Telegram account.
One provider cannot cancel or refund another provider's purchase.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time:
- Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mira → Cancel subscription.
- Apple App Store: Apple Account → Subscriptions → Mira → Cancel Subscription.
- Paddle web checkout: use the customer-portal link provided with the eligible Paddle purchase.
- Telegram Stars: send
/cancelto the Mira bot.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access normally remains active until the end of the paid period, unless the purchase is refunded or revoked. Cancelling does not itself refund an already paid period. Deleting the Mira app or your Mira account does not cancel a subscription; cancel with the original provider first.
